2. Return conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must:

  • Be in the same condition as delivered — no damage or signs of use;
  • Be in its original packaging with all included accessories;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, receipt);

3. Items that cannot be returned

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products;
  • Consumables if the seal has been broken;
  • Hygiene or medical items that have been opened;

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer except in cases of a defective product or our error.
